Mangapps Railway Museum

Mangapps Railway Museum is a privately owned railway museum featuring a mile long standard gauge railway with a restored railway station, signal boxes and other infrastructure.

The museum has 6 steam locomotives, 6 diesel locomotives and 80 carriages and wagons making it one of the most varied collections in Eastern England.

Smaller items such as uniforms, tickets etc are held in a special indoor museum building.

The age range of items on display run from 1790 to current.

A visit to this museum is a great step back in time where people can experience older trains and railways in similar manner to their ancestors.
